Awesome course. Many people suffer from depression and this course is great to understand and shift your state of mind. Can't solve a problem if you don't truly understand what's causing the problem.

Great course and enthusiastic instructor.
I also listened to the whole series of the her podcasts on Spotify. A lot of tips presented during the course and the podcasts can be applied in every day life in order to live a healthy and happy life.
