This course is well worth the time and commitment and came out of this course with some valuable information and tools. I feel the more people that take the course, the better we can be as a society.

Awesome course. Many people suffer from depression and this course is great to understand and shift your state of mind. Can't solve a problem if you don't truly understand what's causing the problem.

Excelente curso. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, pues además de tener muchos sustentos teóricos que ayudan a comprender el tema, te lleva a la práctica y eso es lo más importante para aprender a ser feliz, cambiar hábitos en nuestra vida diaria.

This course was amazing, just be mindful you get out of it what you put into it. I enjoyed the measurability of my happiness and I am happy to say both my scores went up and that I am now equipped with the knowledge and tactics to continue.

This was a really wonderful course! It contained a great combination of theory and guided strategies to put those principles into practice. The professor was very engages and I loved the use of lecture, readings, assessments, and forums.

Wish I would have taken this my senior year in college, because I was so stressed about my exams and this course really puts everything into perspective! I highly recommend looking at all the research that goes into "making" yourself happy.

Awesome! I have learned so much and really enjoyed the course. I particularly enjoyed learning about how sometimes our minds can lead us astray. And the rewirements were (and still are) a brilliant way of adjusting towards healthier habits.

The course provided well-prepared lectures in which science was used to back up the ideas presented. Dr. Santos presented in a conversational style that was engaging and approachable. The pace was appropriate and the goals were achievable.

This was my first Coursera course and really got me excited to learn more. I walked away with a renewed focus and energy on well being.

It was just really great to do. Some of the things I knew (but like it suggests, didnt quite know how to put these skills/habits into practise. The course showed you how and also how to make/incorporate these skills/habits into your life

Amazing! I would recommend this to anyone, but especially to those who struggle with finding happiness that cannot be found in tangible things. I would also recommend this to anyone who is struggling with or fighting their inner pessimist.
