I strongly encourage anyone to take this course. While some of the knowledge may be common sense, hearing the studies and knowledge behind it is incredibly beneficial. I recommend it for people in all walks of life.

I enjoyed it. I learned a lot. I am especially aware of not always listening to my mind. It has helped a lot in these times of Covid. I found as a 68 year old the navigation of the site a bit tricky but I did it.
